Wow! I thought I had tried everything......from shots, to home and over the counter remedies. Nothing was working. I was miserable. Then I found "The Skin I'm In" website. To the person or persons who make this soap: I can't thank you enough! The relief and healing it has provided has been amazing! It's so good to finally feel better than I have in a very long time. HS is no longer ruling my life.

This soap bar really helps with symptom management of HS. It seems to reduce inflammation, speed up healing and make the condition more manageable. I have been making sure to keep it in stock at all times. I can’t express how much I appreciate this product.
I absolutely love this product! I applied it to an area that was causing me pain, and within about 5–10 minutes, I noticed real relief. I was honestly impressed with how quickly it worked. I will most definitely be ordering more and spreading the word to others who may need it!
This soap bar has helped me tremendously! Crazy enough as soon as it got delivered I was actually having a flare up and I was in sooo much pain and literally as soon as I used the soap and the spray afterwards that combo gave me so much relief within 1 day. I definitely think the soap keeps the inflamed areas as clean as possible to avoid flare ups and the spray gives so much relief, even without the soap. Im so thankful I found these products to help with my condition.
I've found this helpful for HS and acne. It's helping relieve pain, drain boils, and assist in healing.
This is amazing from the smell I would think it would be a little bigger
